2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website www.naturazoa.fr . They are concluded between:

  • The customer (individual consumer residing in metropolitan France)

  • And Naturazóa, seller of the products presented on the site.

Any order placed on the site implies the customer's full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

The products sold are natural food supplements for dogs and cats, as well as herbal Four Thieves Vinegar.
The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, the photos are not contractual.

Naturazóa does not guarantee absolute effectiveness of the supplements, as these are part of a natural support approach.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros including VAT (all taxes included).
They do not include delivery charges, which are shown before order confirmation.
Naturazóa reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

The customer places the order via the Shopify website www.naturazoa.fr .
All orders imply acceptance of prices, products, delivery charges and these Terms and Conditions.

Naturazóa reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment

Payments are made exclusively by credit card via a secure interface.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made in mainland France only, within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.

Carriers used: Colissimo and Mondial Relay.
Delivery charges are indicated during the ordering process.
Naturazóa cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, sealed and undamaged .

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error by Naturazóa (e.g., the item received is different from the one ordered).

In the event of a compliant return, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

10. Responsibility

Naturazóa cannot be held responsible:

  • Due to misuse of the products by the customer

  • Individual side effects

  • Due to a delivery delay beyond his control

The supplements sold do not replace veterinary treatment.

11. Personal data

The data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
Naturazóa is committed to never selling or transferring personal data to third parties.
In accordance with the "Data Protection Act", the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the naturazoa.fr website (texts, images, logos, products, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

13. Promotions

Naturazóa may occasionally offer discounts during official sales periods or via promotional codes valid for a specific period. These promotions are not retroactive.

14. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
